Detailed virtual tours for educational facilities serve both local and international students, offering a scalable way to explore campuses remotely.
We've worked with multi-location daycares, schools, and university campuses to support recruitment efforts across education trade shows, promotional seminars, and digital marketing channels. The objective is consistent: reach as many prospective students as possible through immersive, accessible experiences.
These tours include advanced navigation features such as interactive menus, maps with waypoints, hotspots, embedded video, and virtual assistants. They also provide analytics, allowing institutions to track how prospective students engage with the content.
Some organizations extend these use cases beyond marketing. For example, The New Horizon Academy implemented a custom tour for internal training, enabling new teachers to familiarize themselves with the facility before onboarding.
At the EJ Pratt Library, the goal was to highlight the renovated space and give students a clear view of each level. Meanwhile, Hudson College focused on showcasing its outdoor facilities. Aerial imagery captured via drone was used as a splash screen, with interactive hotspots layered onto the panorama to guide users into different buildings.

MonAvenir wanted to showcase all 61 of its schools through custom virtual tours. Each school selected five or six classrooms and key spaces to be captured. Our team travelled across Ontario to photograph the locations, then created a branded virtual tour for each school, including a logo splash screen and custom logo menu. For every school, we also provided an iframe for embedding the tour on its website, access to tour statistics, VR headset viewing support, and publication of the panoramas to Google Maps.
Hudson College reached out to GoThru Photography to create a custom virtual tour of its school, designed to help international students explore the campus when they could not travel to Toronto for orientation. We captured a panoramic drone image and used it as the tour's splash screen, giving visitors a strong first view of the campus. We also added a custom menu to make navigation easier throughout the location. In addition, the tour was published to Hudson College's Google Business Profile, helping update its online presence with fresh, accurate imagery.
E.J. Pratt Library, located on the Victoria University campus, chose GoThru Photography to capture its newly renovated facility. We created a custom virtual tour with an integrated map that helps visitors quickly find the area they are looking for inside the library. The tour also includes a menu with custom icons for each section, along with a four-level map that makes it easy to explore the space floor by floor.
Toronto Metropolitan University invited us to capture the newly renovated spaces at its Language Institute. We created a clean carousel-style virtual tour, added the university's branding, and published the tour to their Google My Business Profile.
International Language Academy of Canada has been a long-time client of ours. For this project, they wanted a custom virtual tour that was clean, simple, and easy to navigate, so we recommended using the Gallery Menu. We also published the virtual tours for all of their locations directly to their Google Business Profiles, making them easier for students and visitors to find online.
